Positive: enough room to be able to have space and enjoy the holiday. pool area was amazing and used everyday. Hoist Derek was exceptional always on hand to answer any questions and even arranged a base for us to stay once we checked out due to our late flights home.

Positive: Beautiful villa in a small cluster of villas, near the mountains. The host, Derek, is extremely helpful and accommodating. The lower floor has a large kitchen (with fridge/freezer, microwave, meat grill, dishwasher, toaster, hob, oven), 6 seater table, living room with tv which is comfortably furnished, double bedroom and bathroom. Access to the pool area is from this part of the house. The entrance floor has a large bedroom with both a double and single bed, bathroom opposite, large living room with smart TV, comfortably furnished, large kitchen (with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle), it has a 6-8 seater table and balcony off kitchen with 6 seater table with bar chairs. 3 large on-suite bedrooms upstairs with plenty of storage. Beds are all firm and comfortable. Beautiful Pool. Poolside has plenty of Sun beds and parasols. Bench with large table unit under complete shade, barbecue. The air-con units are also heating units for cold evenings off-season, which we really appreciated in early April. A 15 minute walk to the nearest small town with shops, but for less able walkers a taxi call button at the end of the drive causes a taxi to appear within 10 mins. (They are fairly reasonable prices, especially if 2 couples split the cost.) From the above town you can get a very cheap bus ride into Fethiye. We enjoyed a sunset boat tour from here.

Negative: This may be rare, but for large families who wish to self-cater, both kitchens may be in full use and a little more cooking equipment would be helpful. Wifi is a little patchy, but it’s free.

Positive: Derek is a lovely host,nothing was too much trouble for him. Great villa.

Negative: Although a lovely villa there are no shops for essentials within walking distance but a taxi cost around £3 which wasn't a issue. Taxi button right outside villa .

Positive: Villa was huge! We stayed with our two daughters and their partners. You can have an entire floor each! Pool and pool area is brilliant 🤩 Derek the host was very kind and helpful. He even took us to the supermarket on our arrival.

Positive: The property is just great with a good weather condition in summer no humidity in hot weather a bit of cold breeze at night after a hot day on the beach.. Everything is near market, restaurants, pubs, beach, activity centers paragliding, sea tours, safari. Very near to Fethiye and oludinez centers. The Villa is exactly as the pictures Big, convenient, clean and suitable for family. The owner Derek is a friendly, helpful and a great guy. Very Recommended

Positive: We hired this lovely villa for 7 days and had a fabulous time. The place is very clean, spacious, peaceful with adequate furniture and facility to an enjoy a summer break. Our host Derek was great and attentive when needed. An easy 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you Derek, you’ve been an absolute star! ❤️

Positive: We recently stayed at Villa Ciara and we all had a fantastic time! As a group of friends, the villa was perfect and very spacious as the villa has two kitchens and two living rooms. The pool is the perfect size and there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Derek was a fantastic host and he was extremely helpful! There is a taxi button outside the complex which will pick you up from the villa. Overall, our stay at the villa was definitely one to remember and we will hopefully be coming back next year!
